Report a Tree-Related Issue

Please note: For downed power lines or if tree is at risk of endangering life, stay at least 30 feet away and call 911.

Please complete the form below and a City Light representative will contact you regarding the issue you are reporting. 

To help us respond efficiently, please complete all required fields and provide as much detail as possible.
Please provide detailed information so we can locate the tree, such as nearest intersection, N or S side of the street, mid-block, off alleyway, etc., especially if the address is unknown.
