Seattle City Light Long-Term Payment Plan Update
As of July 1, 2024, City Light is no longer offering long-term payment plans. We will continue to honor long-term payment plans set up prior to that date. We have short-term payment plans for all customers.

Set Up Your Short-Term Payment Plan
To set up a short-term payment plan, customers will need to make a 25% down payment and pay the remaining balance within 60 days to avoid disconnection for non-payment.

  • Visit the Utility Services Website and select “Short-Term Payment Plans.” Don't have a profile? Create one today.
  • Call our customer service team at (206) 684-3000 Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. If you need help in a language other than English, our team will get an interpreter at no cost to you.
